AEG, or Allgemeine Elektricitäts-Gesellschaft (quite literally ‘General electricity company’), are one of the world’s biggest and most successful domestic appliance companies, with a foothold around the globe and brand recognition that lesser companies can only dream of.

Founded in 1883 by Emil Tathenau, the company initially produced lightbulbs, motors and generators, but soon become involved in AC electric transmission systems. Over the next 130 years, AEG would have their hand in a great many products, from AEG aircrafts and trains to cables, steam turbines and much, much more.

Today, they’re owned by the Electrolux brand and operated out of the UK, where their output is somewhat more modest. They manufacture a superb range of washing machines, washer dryers, dryers, ovens, cookers, microwaves, hobs, cooker hoods, dishwashers, refrigerators, fridge freezers and accessories.

Famously of superb quality, AEG are by far one of the leading global lights in the domestic appliance sector and help contribute towards Electrolux’s yearly profit performance of over 4.5bn kr.

Getting in touch with AEG couldn’t be simpler, regardless of whether you’re an existing customer looking for information or warranty help or whether you’re a potential customer, seeking help. For any enquires, make use of the AEG contact telephone number listed on this page. If, however, you’re contacting them for service, installation or spare part requests, you can use the requisite number, also listed on this page.

For customers who prefer not to call, AEG operate a number of other contact methods, including email, social media and a postal address. It’s worth noting though that these contact methods will almost certainly be less responsive than simply calling the company, and may take upwards of a week to get a resolution for your issue. It’s for that reason that we suggest AEG customers try the contact telephone number first, if at all possible.
